    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DealConnect X website and platform (the "Platform"), which is owned and operated by SK Home Investment LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

    3. Platform Role

    DealConnect X is a technology marketplace platform operated by SK Home Investment LLC that connects real estate wholesalers with investors.

    SK Home Investment LLC and DealConnect X:

    • Are not real estate brokers, agents, lenders, contractors, or advisors
    • Do not negotiate, structure, or close transactions
    • Do not buy, sell, assign, or market real estate

    All transactions occur solely between users.

    4. User Accounts

    You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

    5. Property Listings

    All listings and deal information are provided by third-party users. SK Home Investment LLC does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or profitability of any listing.

    6. Due Diligence

    You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering any transaction, including inspections, title review, legal compliance, and financial analysis.

    7. Subscriptions, Payments & NO REFUNDS

    • Certain Platform features require paid subscriptions
    • Payments are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    • NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR CHARGEBACKS will be issued for subscriptions, memberships, or digital services, except where required by law.

    8. Prohibited Conduct

    Users may not post false or misleading content, violate laws, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK Home Investment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or investment-related damages arising from Platform use.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK Home Investment LLC from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Georgia courts unless otherwise required by law.
